Jon has got to be one of the hardest and genuine workers we have ever met. He is truly passionate about his work. He has a solid work ethic. As a mother to two young children, I was worried about a recent infestation of mice. Jon’s thoroughness put my mind to rest. Pest control and home damage is annoying, but without a doubt, we are happy to stick with JMB’s service. I’ve recommended JMB to our side of the neighborhood and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know!

Jon was at my residence within 90 minutes of my call to rid of a squirrel that was in my home. He had the squirrel out within 20 min. Great job and service

Had squirrels nesting under. Flat roof…concern would get into house. Jonathan provided a rapid response to request for service, total assessment of all possible entry points N clear explanation of service plan during the whole process. Very positive experience-obviously I would recommend him.

Our tenants alerted us to critters in attic and we were lucky to find JMB and they visited the property on the same day. We paid a small fee for the estimate which was credited towards the overall job. They trapped the squirrels, covered the holes with metal and cleaned up. The payments can be done electronically via PayPal or card, which was very convenient. We paid half up front and the remaining half after completion. So far so good!

Very professional! Had some bats that needed to be removed from the attic along with some ventilation repairs. Jon stepped me through the process, answered any questions I had and provided a quality service in a very timely fashion. Originally was going to get the ventilation work done by another contractor, but Jon offered to do it himself for cheaper than the original estimate and our moisture problems are no more. Would reach out again in a heartbeat if I needed extermination or repairs!

I had been trying for months to get someone to fix my rodent issue. I called once , he answered and was doing the job 24hrs later. The job was completed in a timely manner and he explained to me what he was doing. He was very professional and the nicest company I’ve done business with. I’m a transplant and it was so nice to work with this company. Highly recommend, worth the price he quoted and it didn’t change.

On a Sunday in November I discovered I had mice in my home. I called Jon from JMB, he showed up within hours ( on a Sunday). He evaluated my entire home, explained I had issues on all three floors and significant issues with access from the outside of my house for rodents to enter. Jon sealed my home, set traps, checked or replaced them nearly daily and eliminated my rodent issue. Then… He cleaned and sanitized my home. My life was back to normal within two weeks. Jon came to our home on a Sunday to help with our mouse issue. He laid down traps and mouse proofed which made us feel relieved. We were so grateful that we did not have to wait another day, Monday, to take care of this issue. Out of a handful of companies, he was the only one willing to assist (or pick up the phone). He will be on our Rolodex if we need home improvements in the future.

Jonathan was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding an assumed rodent issue, and even faster to resolve it. He was upfront in his suggested plan and cost related with the various resolutions simply based on my relayed description of what I was hearing and smelling. Within a day, he inspected and eradicated our unwelcome house guest, and provided insight as to how it gained access to our crawl space with a suggested plan in how to best resolve it from happening again. I called John because of our mouse and bee/wasp/spider issues. He first came to inspect the home and yard within days of my call. After he identified most of the insects besides the wasps as harmless, we decided to go with the mouse program. He came a little over a week later and set traps and sprayed for wasps along our roofline. On one of his rounds checking traps a few days later, I mentioned that the spray didn’t stop wasps from coming into our bathroom via the exhaust fan. He donned his bee suit and headed to the roof. He removed a large nest from inside the pipe and sprayed, killing the colony. He came back every other day for a week to collect the traps and on the last day, to fog the house. We were very pleased with his services and will use him again in the future. He is professional, very knowledgeable about pests, and a quiet, efficient worker. Would definitely recommend!
